| So I just got a call from Tamar, my best friend, who lives ever so far away, about this Halloween party she's having. And I will DIE if my dad won't let me go. This is basically my ONE chance to see all my camp friends for a very long time (probably). The one thing that my dad might have an objection to is having guys sleep over too. But they are just as much friends as everyone else. My dad is going to talk to Tamar's parents, and I'm hoping it will be all right, because Tamar's parents are practically my aunt and uncle, and I sorta lived at their house from about 2nd grade to the end of 5th. Oh yeah, and during Tamar's bat mitzvah too. So I'm hoping everything will be ok, because I HAVE TO GO. No buts about it. I HAVE TO GO. Wow, I have a lot of stuff planned for Halloween. On Friday (actual Halloween) I'm planning to go to Jenny's house for a party, and then Saturday to Tamar's, if it works out. Tamar's party actually starts on Friday night, but I want to be able to go to both Jenny's and Tamar's party. But I'd rather go to Tamar's on Friday night and Jenny's on Sat, because I want to spend actual Halloween with my best friend (not that I love my other friends any less...but still...). But that can't happen, because Tamar lives about an hour away from my house, and I have to be home for Friday night denner because it is Shabbat and it is a special family time. I wish That I could go to Tamar's for the hwole weekend, but that wouldn't work because of the other party. Ah well. C'est las vie. I miss everyone from camp so flipping much. I feel more...confident, more attractive, more sexy when I am with them. I don't know. I think I'm going to go talk to them now. Whee! PS any costume ideas out there? suggestions appreciated. This stuff here is mine, unless otherwise stated. That's why it has my name on it. Thank you. |
